OK, this is kinda complicated.
I got the TRU Event Dragonite from Toys R Us for my Pearl game(I couldn't beat the galactic big boss without him). Before i got platinum i loaned a friend pearl. later after i got it back cuz i got platinum, i transferred the dragonite and it didn't have it's Draco Meteor move! What Happened?
3 suggestions so far:
1.The thing w/ high friendship to learn draco meteor may have deleted it
2.Draco Meteor doesn't exist in platinum (very unlikely)
3. My friend deleted the move.
What Happened!?!?!!?!?!?!!?

He probably deleted the move.

Considering you are not finished with the game I suggest
that you dig underground for a heart scale.

It doesn't work like that.
If he wants Draco Meteor back, he must get Dragonite up to max friendship again, then go and see Grandma Wilma, who'll teach it to dragonoite for you.

just in case you don't know, to get to grandma wilma go right of celestic town, I think theres a video on youtube that shows you how to get there.
You will need rock climb and defog is optional

FYI: I have completed pearl but not platinum (its a bummer. i really wanna get a house at the resort). I could re-transfer dragonite, use the heart scale to help him relearn it, and then transfer him back! BUT he is one of my best friends! I WILL NOT HIT HIM!!! But i will never loan anyone any of my pokemon games (i have 5 of 11 so far)And my friend doen't know about neoseeker.

Ok this is good.
140 power, 90 accuracy, lowers sp. attack. by 2.
Directions to Grandma Whilma's house:
1. Go to the place near centelistic town with the ace trainers going in a circle(lost) and go right.
2. use rock climb to go down then up.Warning: a trainer will meet you at the top. he has dragon pokemon.
3. when you beat the trainer, go up then right to see a house. this is grandma whilma's house.
4. to learn draco meteor from her,you must have a dragon pokemon w/ high friendship (use berries and soothe bells. hint: using the friendship berries reduces stats. this makes room for sp. attack growth with that calcium thingie. draco meteor is a special move that goes by sp.attack.)

Also, my torterra was weak against his haunchrow in pearl
