wat pokemon have this #'s and how can i get them

For Porygon 2 you have to have the Up-Grade attached to the Porygon and then trade it, but have the person trade it back to you. That is if you can't find a trainer with it.

i thought u could encounter them and i couldnt find ambipom from any of the trainers

oh ok i didnt know i was able to do that untill awhile after i got it and i happen to be able to do that. also where do u get a good rod i dont remember where to get it and i did beat the elete four
