	Thats not what I mean.. Here are the Min-Max stats of a Flygon (neutral nature). HP: 270-364 Atk: 205-299 Def: 165-259 Sp.Atk: 165-259 Sp.def: 165-259 Speed: 205-299 I'm wondering if its possible to get its max stats (the ones in bold), without cheating.

	It won't mess up your game. The hacking itself is a risk, not the pokemon.
