I lost count of how many times I´ve spent the night keeping her company, always with a Justice persona.
And yet it´s 10/25 and this social link hasn´t progressed past level 6.
Help!
What am I doing wrong?

I didn´t know you had to keep spending time with her, most s.links you waste maybe one or two "dates" before advancing the link. This was taking 2,3...

Now I´m feeling horrible.




and I have the feeling I won´t be able to do anything with this s.link (if this is like Persona 3, we´re terribly close to the end of the game)
It´s the middle of November, I think I´m gonna focus on maxing:

Lovers
Death
Temperance
It´s the storylines that I really wanna see how they unfold.

Devil

Gonna dump:
Tower (hate that kid, Hate him!)
Hermit (I´m blocked on the "I´m affraid of cats" quest)
Hanged (still on level 2, it´d take forever to max this one)
Empress (I´m blocked on "make me a matador with mahama" quest)

Okay, i've got a few tips for you.
Do you remember when you do the social links, sometimes you will see a number of yellow musical notes above the person's head? The more of those you see, the better. They represent the points that count towards a rank up.
And in order to get those points, follow these two simple rules:
-ALWAYS bring a persona of the same arcarna to the social link.
-When they ask you a question, always give the answer that you think they would prefer to hear/ would be best for them.
If you follow these rules, you will get more points each time, and there will be less in-between bit.
Also, be sure to make lunch whenever Nanako has been shopping, make it properly, then eat it with someone the next day.
It's almost impossible to max out all social links on one play through, anyway. You need at least two, if not three.

Also, a little help some of those you say you're giving up on:
-Hermit: (I was stuck on this one for a while,too.) Select on the map to go to the Dojima Residence. Outside your house (on dry days) you will see a cat. Speak with it, then go talk to the requester on the floodplane. Select to bring him to the cat you saw. The next day, talk to the man again, and give him a Red Goldfish. The day after that, talk to him, and the quest will be complete.

-Empress: (This is actaully by far the easiest one, as it takes no in-game time to complete). To get a Matador with Mahama, simply fuse Mithra and Berith. Just keep re-selecting them until Mahama is one of the inherited skills.

My expression has been at its absolute maximum since I completed the sun s.link (God, I love Yumi!), months ago.

I also always bring a Justice personna whenever I go talk to Nanako and I only do so when she has that word balloon overhead.
I noticed there´s musical notes in it but I never counted how many.

Do NOT dump Tower, Tower is Yoshitsune's arcana, You want him, yes you will.

I´m in the middle of November and Tower is still on level#1.

It´s time to start packing and closing any s.links I can.

Yoshistune has the unique skill Hassou Tobi, which hits a whole bunch of times would good chance to crit. Everyone seems to love this Persona as a physical attacker. He probably is one of the best physical Persona's, I just prefer having my MC use magic.

Either way Tower is probably in the top 3 Arcana's so you're gonna want to boost that ASAP. Shiva is a godly Persona as well.

Yoshitsune is probably the best persona in the game, yes. But you don't need the Tower social link to get it.
The ultimate persona in Tower is Shiva, not Yoshitsune. All the Tower social link will bo for Yoshitsune is give him and EXP bonus.

I think Norn is the "best" persona in the game just because of how easy it is to get Debilitate + all 3 Auto-Ma's on her. Then you can switch to your attacker.

No, of you're going to be playing Yoshitsune, then he needs to be in constant battle. You do Heat Riser, then Power Charge, then Hassou Tobi, then on the fourth tunr, Heat Riser wears off, and you start again.

I use Norn for normal enemies. I have "Growth 3" on my attacker (Odin) so that he still get EXP. The only time I switch to Odin is for boss battles.
