re: can this problem be solved?

We aren't allowed to talk about those things. A thing you know won't give time-based events. Why? Because the Read-Only Memory will instantly search for the game cartridge's battery, which is signed with special code, mind you. As the Read-Only Memory will not find that special code, it will automatically shut down the special events. That's why it's better to not play this game on... Those things you know .

Mag's Edit: I made a little research for you. If you are using the Virtual Battling Artifact
, go to options and enable Real-Time clock. That should do it.

re: can this problem be solved?

Well, as I haven't tried myself, but as long as it detects the signature of the clock, they are bound to work immediately. You can go try yourself for best result.

re: can this problem be solved?

No. As far as I'm concerned, weather is fixed for each region, except when altered by Groundon or Kyogre.

re: can this problem be solved?

The berries grow according to time, it is true. Even though there is a night and day notion, it is:

a-) Bound to the time you fixed the clock on your room.

b-) Unnoticeable in the overworld.

c-) It doesn't affect the kind of Pokémon you encounter in the wild.

d-) It does affect whether you receive an Umbreon or Espeon when evolving an Eevee.
