If I recall well, remember the Wailmers that prevented the pass through the water road in Lilycove? On that same alcove, to the north, a small opening should have appeared on one of the rocks. It is the it Aqua Hideout.

do you mean AFTER the lilycove place? if you do its not in Evergrande, its in rt. 128, use dive.

Oh, I forgot that cave. However, it is technically not the Aqua Hideout? I stated it was on Lilycove, though. The technical Aqua Hideout is the cave at Lilycove if I recall correctly (the tag says "Aqua Hideout"); that cave is to be accessed just after beating Wallace/Juan.
