I think the best water pokemon is Lanturn as he is both Electic and Water.
But my favorite is Articuno, she's the first I played with and ever since that day Iv'e loved her,come to that I like most Ice/Water pokemon.

Please can you watch your temper. I like Milotic because shes great in beauty contests.

Popular means cool in my terms, and there is no cooler Pokemon than Mewtwo. He won me all 4 cool contests, and he has single-handedly beaten the Pokemon League for me 6 times. You will all eventually bow down to him, there is nobody who can beat him.

And I know what you all are saying to me or thinking. "Hey, that guy cheated to get his Mewtwo!" And you know what? You're right. But think about it. You all cheat too, maybe not realizing it. Maybe that one time when you looked at another person's test, or the time when you lied about something to get something you want when you couldn't before. You cheated on that person. Deny it all you want, but we're all cheaters on the inside..

The best pokemons are:
-articuno because it is cool.
-shedinja because if you know the oponent moves it is invincible.(it makes Kyogre one easy catch in sapphire)
-dragonite because it learns so much type of techniques
-Poliwrath because it looks though and its type combination is devastating.
-Blaziken because it looks like akarate chiken.
-Flygon because its speed is wow.
-Slaking because it is the perfect user for the powerful Hyper beam.
-Blyssey because all pokemon team needs a cute pokemon.

I also like Chinchou and Lanturn. They're cute. and I dont like cheating in Ruby and Sapphire. Ill just get the regular 200. also Mewtwo is ugly.

5.Kyogre- because it is a mondo good battler and good in all contests
4.Beautifly- because it is pretty
3.Blaziken- because it was my 1st Pokemon (in Sapphire) and it is really good in battle, Beauty contests, and it looks cool, man!!!
2.Milotic- because it loks cool and is 1 of the best Pokemon that r'nt Legendary
1.Rayquaza- it looks cool, learns most of the HM's, is MONDO good in battle, and I just flat out like it!!!!!
