does anyone know where to get shoal shells in this cave? i see stairs that i cant even reach!They're on rock cliffs! I see these diamond shaped objects that i cant get too. plz help!! anyone.. | |

you have to wait every six hours and the tide will go up allowing you to reach the shoal shells | |

It takes 1/8 of the Damage you do to the opposing Pokemon and then it gives you that amount of HP. Really useful on Powerhouses like Slaking or Zangoose etc. -------------------  You don't see just how wild the crowd is? You don't see just how fly my style is? | |
