	Groudon doesn't exist on Sapphire. It only exists on Ruby. I don't think you can get Rayquaza on Sapphire either. I think it's exclusive to Emerald.

	No, you can get Rayquaza on Sapphire. You must beat the Elite Four and then travel to the Sky Pillar where Rayquaza is. -------------------

	The only possible ways to get Groudon into Sapphire would be to trade it from either Ruby or Emerald or cheat to get it. Groudon can't be in Sapphire beyond those two possibilites. -------------------
