What is the best pokemon team to face the elite 4 and what moves?

Here's my champion team.

Seviper
Altaria

urgh, do not use those teams, they are horrific, well the first one at least basically heares my rule, 5 oponants so have one pokemon for each type and the last pokemon just a all rounder to back you up when it faints

so elite 4 member 1 uses dark type, a good pokemon would be a fighting type, also there are some grass/dark he uses so blasikin makes a nice choice

elite member 2 uses... err ghost i think, so a phychic or ghost type wouldnt be bad but bear in mind that they will be super effictive against you and i think she has some dark types as well, (fighting type no longer usful due to ghost immunity) so makesure it has some decent damaging back up moves

elite member 3 uses ice with some /water's, fighting is again useful, more usful than fire so blazikin could handle it if at a good level, if not something with electric attacks to team up with you fighting pokemon would be good

elite member 4 uses dragon, so ice types are nice, mayby dragon but ice is better, i think there is a gryados in his team somewhere but if you have the electric type then ul be fine

champion uses a lot of steel and rock types so once again fighting fire is useful (please tell me you chose blazikin) but anything with earthquake should do well

so my team would look something like this

Jolteon/pikachu(w/lightball)/magneton
Lapras/dewgong/slowbro
Rhydon/flygon
Support/legendary/all rounder (Girafarig/Kyogre/Slaking)

as for moves here would be my team

Here's how I broke my team down.

Sidney: Machamp (Cross Chop, Focus Energy, Bulk Up, Vital Throw)

Phoebe: Absol (Slash, Swords Dance, Double Team, Bite) and Manectric (Thunder, Rain Dance, Odor Sleuth, Crunch)

Glacia: Machamp and Manectric

Drake: Milotic (Surf, Ice Beam, Recover, Safeguard)

Steven: Milotic and Machamp.

Why? It's good to take advantage of his movepool. Heck, anything's movepool. I teach my normal types thunder and blizzard!
But let's be on topic.
Use a team whose types cover eachother's weaknesses.

That is the team I always use now because they are weakness specific.

all i need is a lvl 100 blazikin with:
flamethrower
sky uppercut
double kick

and i like to use a shell bell as an item
it is possible with that to do elite 4 without going below 50% health

Just gather up a bunch of Pokemon that have a variety of types. I used:

Swampert
Blaziken
Sceptile
Kyogre
Raichu
Absol

I think they were all around level 50 and mainly knew moves that corresponded with their element.
