Obviously, the Tank won. Louis died of a lethal mixture of hypothermia, severe loss of blood and the Tank raped him.
Our second 'scenario' is Bill vs 100 Tanks. Bill has the following abilities: Infinite Molotovs and Infinite Ammo. The Tanks, however move a little faster now, so they can catch up with Bill. They cannot throw rocks, however. -------------------

If bill was on steroids so he could run even faster, then go him.

Just to add, the map is 'No Mercy - Apartments'.
I think Bill could do it. He'd have to throw alot of molotovs, and run up to the roof that you start on. -------------------

Well if he had the entire length of the stage then mabye just.
