This is a hard one to question. Short awnser is no you need games for windows live or xbox live to play it. Long awnser is yes. There was a program that could be used to allow you to play halo online and it would trick t into thinking you were playing offline which would allow you to play without paying. Forget the name of the thing and it is probably illegal. Google it if you can.
