i have read the fall of reach(GREAT BOOK) and i was wondering that since they are making another book soon do you think that the people at bungie will put out a notice saying that you should read the fall of reach and this other book before you play halo 2? u know or else you wont know whats happening

If it was that important to the storyline I'd imagine that they'd have some sort of explanation of it in the game. They wouldn't make people have to read in order to fully enjoy a game, that would be *bleep*ed up...

no, i dont think they will twine the book in too tightly with Halo2, besides maybe several superior figures to mc. beyond that nothin' in halo2 should be imitative of FoR.

I hope that there are tidbits from this book in Halo 2, but I hope that they are done in a subtle way so that it's more of a bonus for those that have read the book, instead of a drawback for those that haven't...

You know, I read that the SPARTANs had an armor before the MJOLNIR. Do you think that this could of been the armor?

It could be nice if they made an optional bundle so you can get the game and the books if you want. Cause I'd like to read the books, but my actions to purchase them are pretty noexistant. But, if they could be bought along with Halo 2, it'd be much more likely I got them anytime this millenium.

Seriously, that would be awesome. I can't see any reason why they wouldn't do it except for the fact that they haven't thought of it yet...

Then they would have to make the books in Japanese. And we know how much the Japanese love Halo.
