A convoy of heavily armed and armoured 4x4s come round corner, the lead vehicle is playing 'the ride of the valkyries' (Apoclypse Now effect) Shotguns and 22.rifles pop oout of the windows, and mow grunts down. Someoen stands on the sunroof of a red range rover and launches a homemade RPG at an elite, blowing him to smithereens. The convoy turns around, and heads for the hills before the ghosts catch onto them...

Good point, but if they were like in the game they wouldn't know Bungie created them, hence they would go for other more important things.

Like taco-bell? (Just kidding, ick!} But seriously if t he covenant invaded earth there would be wide spread panic and confusion. Maybe I would go to a sportings good store take some hunting rifles and shotguns, get a car, and use some old bomb shelter as HQ, then we would systimaticly destroy all trace of the covenant except a starship. Then, we head for there planet

Hate to be a ball buster but I don't think the planet Earth could withstand a Covie attack, unless of course they fight like Iraqi troops, hahaha, then we could take their plasma technology and use it against them.

Your right, it couldnt, beccause there are no MAC guns, no archer missiles, and no spartans, and no decent Captains like Keyes, who can destroy a large covenant force using advanced manouvres. sigh .

I Would personally try to infiltrate the covenant on any ship, whilst packing heavy artillery, grenades and bodyguards to assist me in the destruction of the covenant. Or in reality run scared looking for the coalition forces.

Yeah, hot babes for the flood, definately a GREAT trade off.
I was thinking, and I figure that if I had to kill a lot of the Covenant at one time than first I would us a rocket launcher to shoot down a couple of drop ships, switch to my assault rifle and mow a few down, then switch to the spaz shotgun and blow a couple large holes in some elites chests, then maybe hop into a tank and attack a group of Hunters, and then steal a motorcycle and ride back to the hide out to get my wanted level down.

I see only one way to destroy the covies without destroying are own planet.The answer is scientificully made Chemicle weapons that would infect the covies and could not be contracted by humans.Which would force the covies to leave or further contract the virus.Just to make sure they don't come back make it a contagious virus that they would spread to the others when they arrived back at thier home planet.Of course there would be several safety test and efficiency test.With an overall knowledge of the covenant antonamy.

The problem with the virus is, after they realized that our planet was not only of no use to them, but was actually also the source of a very deadly disease, they would surely destroy Earth as soon as they could.
