The reason that I'm asking this, is so many people were disappointed with the sequel's ending, and feel forced to buy the 3rd one, just to see how it ends, rather than to just have fun with it and play for fun. Also, everyday I see less and less people on XBOX LIVE on HALO2, mainly because people find it boring, and that they have to pay 12 dollars for 5 or so more mulitplayer levels, which they can get for free on August 30th, but by then they would feel it's unnecessary to play anyone. So, after almost a year of Halo2 being out on the market after a long, long wait, do you guys feel that Halo2 has lost its touch?

I think Halo 2 might be losing its touch... Man I wish I had Counter Strike for the time being. Really wanted to get that after getting Halo 2.

The game will be out for 9 months in a couple of weeks- of course its getting old!

Nobody has brought out another worthwhile Live game SINCE. And I blame Ubisoft.

Even though Halo 2 might be losing it's touch, people still play Live. To me, I don't think it's losing it's touch. For Live that is.

There are still 400,000 different gamertags logged on to Halo 2 everyday, and 1.2 million matches logged.

Well, Halo 2 is responsible for half of the Xbox Live Community.

True, it started to get annoying with the cheaters, but now that they're gone, I've been playing more.

Yeah, I never played MM with the cheaters, still don't even without them. I just play custom games all the time.

But, still I and a lot of my online friends we tend to go to the old Rainbow Six3 series to play survival, etc. becuase it still has it charismatic sense to it, that is what I feel Halo2 is missing. E.G. If I was to come home after a hard day of work or school, I see myself popping in Rainbow Six3 or a sports game rather than Halo2. I just hope that Halo3 will resurrect the series. I don't want the Halo series becoming The Maxtriz trilogy, with the first one being absolutely original and awesome, then the sewuels are jsut for eye-candy and popcorn. I want plot, sense of danger all that mixed in with a hell-of-a-good-time.

Welcome to Neoseeker, your very first post, and a dumb one. Their's always people on, if their isn't people on, probably because it's early. It's early for me, I just happen to wake up early, people are still asleep near 12. And Bungie's eliminated cheating with the AU4.
