1. How long is your first contract?
2. Do you get offered an A or C tag?
3. can you negotiate your own contracts and get offers from many teams in the Free agency?
4. Do you decide which contract you take?

1.Your first contract is always 1 year, so if you decide you don't like the team you are on you have the choice to select a new team that has made an offer to your agent.

2. It is not guaranteed that you will get the C or the A. With my first be a pro character i was named the captain 7 games into the season. With some of my other ones i am in my third season with a team and still i don't have a C or an A.

3. You have an agent and he is the one who negotiates that for you with the teams. At the end of the season he will approach you and depending on your performance he will have a few offers. If you did not do well and had bad reports all season you will likely only have 2 offers usually being 1 year contracts with teams. If you performed well you may have multiple teams willing to sign you to multi-year contracts with them.

4. You control which contract you sign. The team you play for at the moment always puts in an offer to you, but if you feel like you want a change of scenery then you could sign with another team that has made you an offer.
