General Information


Spyborgs is an original IP for Wii, developed by Bionic Games and published by Capcom. Bionic Games is a newly founded independent developer composed of staff from several big name companies, including Insomniac Games and Blizzard.

The game is slated for release sometime in 2009, but little else is known.

In the game, you play as one of five members of an elite cyborg spy team, working cooperatively with a friend of CPU to destroy enemies and solve puzzles. Each character boasts unique skills and controls, and these abilities must be used in conjunction to succeed in the game.

Spyborgs offers a cell shaded, cartoony look that is very stylized and nice looking on Wii. The game itself is meant to be like a Saturday morning cartoon, focusing a lot on humor. In accordance with this theme, between action oriented levels will be a number of minigame "commercials" in which the players will cooperate or compete, including a Rockem-Sockem Robots game and a rhythm game based on fish singing about sewage.
