But that won't be happening for probably a year because Lumber is so freakin scarce. =/

Lumber can actually be acquired easily if you explore deep enough in dungeons, if you were totally totally desperate you could probably have enough lumber before autumn for a second floor, but its not wise considering a forge and barn are more important, and a kitchen and lab are quite handy

k i built the upstairs and bought the bed and now she still says she's not ready she has 10 lp and 10 fp so idk what else i have to do?

You'll have to refer to a walkthrough if you don't want to find out the requirements of marriage for each girl. But if I assume your marrying Mist, go check your other thread.
