I wanted to post this on the cheat page but, it wouldn't post:

Shortcut into the club

-on Super hero story Free or Story mode, in first Area go down the road till you see the scene when thugs drive a van in front of entrance to night club, after this scene keep going down road till you see road blocks, jump over the one alone to the right on the club and keep running into wall, once your a through the wall run left into night club building wall but keep runnoing away from camara,dont go too fast or youll fall off level, sooner or later you will be inside the night club yet you are still outside, dont change characters or you will appear on top of night club keep running behind the van into the black area and you should be in next area without having too blow up the van

that one was for "into the night' on Super hero story, another glitch is in Zoos company when you look for ManBat. go to the area with the boat and lily pads, make sure you are playing free mode and have scuba suit for robin, or have killer croc, go directly under the boat and switch characters and you you should still be walking under water.
-these are stupid glitches but they are good to know

im not sure if this works but give it a try,choose first super villian level for Penguin,"city ports" and choose the little penguin holding a gun (penguin minion), see if you can walk through the little purple doors that only penguins can walk through, it may not work but you never know unless you try.
