In manager mode when you go on to next match and go on the team when it shows the morale on the right hand side when it shows green yellow or red well i got 2 questions for it.

2. Should you change the person

the bar is for the stamina if it is red and realy low yes change the person

what about if its yellow

then rest them sometimes but they should play okay

does the bar stand for how much running energy they have got left?

yes

basically, the lower the bar gets, it shows they won't be able to perform aswell so once it gets low, replace them. It's a main problem when you are managing league 1/2 teams
