I was just wondering this. It seems like you can only do career mode with a created fighter and you cannot do career mode with one of the UFC fighters. Is this true? If so the developers dropped the ball on this aspect of the game. Don't get me wrong I still love the game, but I would have loved to do a career mode with chuck lidell or rampage jackson.....

I see your point tenken, but they could have let us use the UFC fighters, but tone their stats down so we could build them up during the career. Plus the other part of career that I don't like is that it is only 7 years and you really don't get a chance to build up your fighter to his maximum capability. But oh well, this is still a very good game none the less. I just think it would be cool to win the belt as chuck lidell and then keep defending it. I'm kind of struggling with my fighter in career mode at the moment.

The UFC fighters don't have to have normal stats in career. In Fight Night if you pick a real person, their stats will be the same as if you created someone.

So they could have put it in.
