Training camp |

Ok, i'm trying to build up my fighter's Wrestleing skills as I just had a 10 fight winning streak in career mode stopped dead by effing Brock Lesnar.
All he ever did was do CONTINUOUS takedowns. Fight eventually ended with ground and pound. But anyway, in the Wrestling camps, in the task list it says "do this, do that, blah blah blah".....but never actually shows you the controls on how to complete the various tasks. Is there a way you can view the controls for the tasks you're given in a training camp?

Yeh sometimes they dont give you the controls, just a case of getting used to what your using. If you wanna defend against takedowns you should go to sparring and build up your takedown defence. If your a wrestler it difficult fighting off your back,so ye need to get some decent takedown defence or else be prepared to get taken down then kick him off repeatedly during the fight!

TBH, I've won fights where I've spent the majority of the fight on my back. You just need to know your tactics, how the opponents operates, and timing.
I beat Anderson Silva in exhibition as Kendall Grove, which should NEVER happen lol. But I kept everythign at logn range, i tried to make use of Kendall's massive height advantage (he's 6 ft 6), and I knew Silva would KO me if I didn't do somethign about it. So I used tactics. I focused on low kicks primarily, and kicks to the body. Evenatually, he took me down, but my use of tactics made sure I was ready. I just kept pulling on his head, letting him go, hitting his torso, and then grab again, over the course of the rounds. By round 3 he was busted up, which is when i went for the finish- take down, major transition into half guard, then, biding my time, I move into full gaurd and smash his face in, finishign the fight. The point of thsi incredibly long post being, You don't necesarily have to lear specific moves- you just need to learn the moves that suit your style of play or fighter. ------------------- $KIRMI$H XL
