Wifi problems on call of duty world at war |
|
Why when I go on wifi on call of duty it disconnects me about 5 minutes or less into the match? My connection has been fine with other games such as mario kart wii. Can someone help please because one of the reasons i bought this was because of the wifi.

I havn't played it again online today yet. I will later though and see how it goes. It's strange that it works fine and then suddenly disconnects however I can reconnect immediately after that but then it disconnects again. Any suggestions?
Played it online there and still the same problem - got disconnected from the match but am able to reconnect to play a match only to be disconnected again! This message was edited by coolman698 on Jan 09 2009.

No I don't think i have a weak connection because mario kart works fine through wifi and so does my laptop. Any other ideas?
I was thinking of sending an email but I don't who to send it to. Nintendo or the call of duty world at war people (which i don't know the email address for)? However hopefully I will be able to resolve the problem on neoseeker!

Solution kill your router and throw it away. Go out and buy new one. plug it in. Then try again. Nothing happen throw it away but burn it first. Buy new router. Plug it in and still nothing? Then go yell at your tree and kill your wii and buy new one.

having same problem with disconnects...it really is very annoying.....also does it bother anyone else when a player usesw a . for their name? They apparently don't realize (or don't care ) that the only people it really affects are their team mates. The enemy will shoot no matter what and I find myself wasting ammo and time on these morons, not to mention giving away my postion.

i have found myself in troubles with disconnects too. I don´t think are the routers or local wi fi conexions. Probably are the servers.
