Hi guys, i have pes 09 for the ps3

anyway, been playing it for a while now, i was playing it with a friend the other day, we scored a goal, and all of a sudden 1 of the controllers doesnt respond when i click anything.

the controller works as i use it to get onto the game, but the X, Square, triangle and circle button in the game doesnt work,
i did notice something, by the players name, where those number used to come up, i have noticed the button icons now come up instead....

Mate, im not sure but i think your L2 button is jammed. Have a look.

Mine always gets jammed.

In game. while L2/R2 are pushed down you cant do anything, and seeing how your saying the icons comes up is because of the tactical play. L2 + X,triangle, circle, square brings the icons up in the corner, and represents a different style of play your team will switch to, meaning that If your L2 button is jammed, then whenever you press a button the tactics, will occur instead of normal gameplay.

QFT, i had to buy new controllers, i much preferred the old R and L2 buttons

Has anyone got those triggers for the shoulder pad buttons?
They're extensions that clip on and make using the shoulder buttons a lot easier. I don't know if they're on general sale because I got mine free with either PSM3 or OPS
