well done
as u was saying with the cups i think that their should be auper cup thing as such but in a playoff sorta way only if the D2 cup winner did not get promoted they play the D1 champions in a chance to take their place in the top league harsh but seems like an idea -------------------

Or similarly: The bottom two in Div 1, play the top two in div two..
That would be more a play off. Something along those lines? ------------------- As of: 24/02/10;

Hey everybody
This is Chelsea Mint Fc (Y). And for some unknown reason, I can't seem to log into my account, it doesn't say incorrect password etc, it just doesn't log in and goes to the page I was on before. I apologise for my absence of late, I completely stuffed up my computer (what a surprise Anyway, enough of my ramble; Wow! Nice stuff you've got going here. A round of applause for David Silva, Pro'k, and Pappi (Y) You've done a better job than Teev, myself anndd... (I forget his name...) Andy! Everything seems to be going smooth and I only wish I was around to sign up when this comp started. Brilliant stuff you've got going on. Loving everything you're doing here (Y). I should be able to get a handle of Chelsea Mint Fc again, but if not I think I'll be forced to create a new account etc which will be a pain but I'll do what has to be done. But anyway, as I;m only a guest I have limitations for my posts so I best be off (Y)

Fatigue, bans and injuries This post will summarize how fatigue, bans and injuries will be implemented into the PEML and how they will take affect. Fatigue A relatively simple fatigue system that borrows quite heavily from the NPML will be implemented into the PEML. Form arrows will represent how 'fatigued' a team is. Unfortunately, the individual form arrows of player's cannot be adjusted in Pes 2009, only the team's overall form arrow. Because of this, the accumulated fatigue of all players in the starting XI will be used to determine the side's overall fatigue rating, and therefore their overall form arrow. How is fatigue accumulated? Fatigue is accumulated when there is more than one game in a week ie. when there's a midweek cup game/international call-ups. For example, if Fernando Torres started the Quarter final cup game in week 2, he would become fatigued and therefore contribute 1 fatigue point to the team's overall fatigue rating. If a player is already 'fatigued' when going into a week with a mid-week cup game, he will become 'extremely fatigued' and contribute 2 fatigue points to the team's overall fatigue rating. What form arrow a team has will be determined by the following; 0-3 fatigue points - Red form arrows 4-6 fatigue points - Orange form arrows 7-9 fatigue points - Green form arrows 10-11 fatigue points- Blue form arrows 12+ fatigue points- Grey form arrows How does a player become un-fatigued? A player will become un-fatigued when he is either rested for a game, or when there is a week with no mid-week game. Going back to the Torres example mentioned previously, Torres would be fatigued if he started the quarter final cup game. The fatigue rating would come into effect for week 3, where he would contribute 1 fatigue point to his team's overall fatigue rating. As there is no mid-week cup game for week 3, Torres would become un-fatigued and therefore not contribute any fatigue points for week 4. Team example During week 2, there is a mid-week game. Say that a manager decides to put his full strength starting XI out for that game, each player would be fatigued for the league game during week 3. If the manager decides to start the same XI again, then the team's overall fatigue rating would be 11, and so they would have blue form arrows. But because form arrows have such a significant impact on player stats, the manager may decide to rest every player resulting in a team with red form arrows. Of course this means that team would probably be weakened as a result of not playing any first team players. A balance between the two may perhaps be the best route, starting 4-6 first team players who are fatigued along with 7-5 reserve players who are not fatigued, resulting in orange form arrows which wouldn't impact on the player stats as much. Note: Form arrows have a significant effect on player stats, increasing or decreasing them by as much as 10%. It is therefore important to strike a good balance between fielding fatigued and less talented players. Bans Just like in any other league, bans will also take affect. If any of your players like to bend the rules a little, they could find themselves on the receiving end of a suspension! League bans + + - accumulating three yellow cards over separate games will result in a 1 game suspension - a red card during a game will result in an automatic 2 game suspensionCup bans + - accumulating two yellow cards over seperate games will result in a 1 game suspension - a red card during a game will result in a 2 game suspensionInjuries Any injuries sustained during a match will be carried over to the next PEML week. Injuries in Pes 2009 vary in severity, and as such the length of time a player will be unavailable for selection in the PEML will also vary. Example If Fernando Torres was to suffer a minor injury during week 1 of the PEML, he would be unavailable for selection for week 2 of the competition. Torres would therefore miss both the league game and cup game for that week. Once the week has ended, Torres would have recovered from his injury and be available for selection during week 3.

Really sorry guys but I'm going to have to drop out of this. Before I'm lynched, I'm having a dispute with internet provider. They cut us off for the last several days. To cut a long story slightly shorter, for the last few months they've said we haven't paidc out bill. The confusion started when we changed payment method. We've paid. Everytime. On time. But they keep fecking it up. They've re-connected us as a "good-will gesture" because they reckon we'll pay. But we won't be paying the same month twice. Our next bill is due to be payed early next week, so there is a pretty good chance I'll be dis-connected for a week or so. If not the whole month.
So, again, I apologise. I wouldn't be able to contribute and answer PM's etc. Plus, I won't be able to keep my team updated and that would put me at an unfair advantage. ------------------- ![]() Glasgow Rangers - SPL & Scottish Cup Champions - 08-09 Simply The Best!
