This will be a draft league that will consist of 20 players in two leagues of 10.

All participants will be given a transfer budget of £250m to buy a team consisting of no less than 16 players bids must at least match the players minimum bid that will be set, some players will be banned to keep the league as fair as possible to ensure no 1 person has a distinct advange because of the players they have and it is all on the skill of the individual.

You will pick a team to have kits and name it doesnt really matter who as everyone will have different teams.

Once all participants have chosen a team the draft will begin for everyone to put in 4 bids per day which i will then post up who has won which player.

After everybody has a full team the league will begin with games being played online against each other after a game has been played the result with goal scorers can be posted in the thread for the league table to be updated.

After one season there will be a chance for everyone to make new additions to their squad by trading and buying from other participants. after 3 season the draft will begin again with all teams being reset.


In order to try and keep the game as fair as possible there will be a few rules that everyone will be asked to try and stick to these will be explained in a later post.

Rules

cut backs - the infamous cut backs are a massive flaw in the pes 2009 gameplay and are totally frowned upon so are not allowed to be implemented in game play

Last man hacks - Just because some one is through on goal it does not automatically mean that they are going to score and they have worked to get through on goal themselves so there is no point in hacking them down and is therefore not allowed to be implemented

Rounding the keeper - This would be a fine way to score a goal if it was not so easy as on pes you can do this with ease so will not be allowed to be implemented in game play

Rebounds - with the keepers on pes 2009 having such a lack of quality to be able to hold onto the ball it is very easy to hit a shot at the keeper and score the rebound so this cannot be implemented in game play

Formations - seems like a bit of a silly one but formations cannot be edited pre-set formations only

Making up - if you feel that you have scored a goal that conflicts with any of these rules by reflexes or AI it is encuraged that you score an own goal to bring the scores level or do not count the goal when posting scores on here

A quick guide to playing online

Editing your team.


Now you’ve got all the players you wanted from the transfer window you’ll need to create that team on Pro Evo.

Go to Edit mode on the main menu, Now you are on the editing menu got to Teams.

Now choose Register Player, Find your team and press X.

Remove the players you have sold by highlighting their name and pressing TRIANGLE, the game will now ask you if you are sure, choose Yes.

Now you will need to add the players you have bought.

Go to the top of the list of your players and you will find +Add, find the team of the player you bought (some only play for international teams), choose that team and find your player, press X on his name and he will be placed in your teams squad.

Repeat this until you have all of the players you bought.

Return to the Editing menu and choose To Top Menu.

You will be asked whether you want to save, whether you save or not is up to you, saving means your exhibition teams will have been changed so that they have players taken out so they can be put in your team, choosing not to save will stop this from happening but next time you want to assemble your team you will have to start the whole process from scratch again.

You should now be back on the main menu, choose Master League.

Choose a new master league.

When you get to the screen which shows the 3 types of Master Leagues you can play choose Exhibition Mode Players.

Choose your league team which you just edited, the next screen which asks you which league you would like to compete in is not important; choose the first one as it does not matter.

A box will pop up asking about replacing teams from the other leagues, this also does not matter, choose Progress without Changing. General settings also do not matter, choose Confirm

You will now be asked to activate auto-save, this IS important, choose YES, you will now be asked to save your data, save it.

When updating your team for the next transfer window I would advise that you overwrite your first edited team so that you know which one is most up-to-date.

Simplest way to make sure you don't save editted data now is to eject your PES and start the game up again.

Now you can go on Playstation Network with your team.

Go to network options

Choose Load Data – Master league and load up your edited team.

When setting up a game for edited teams on the Create Match options you MUST set Team Category to ALL.

To confirm your edited team has been loaded up when you are in the Pre-game lobby you will have a yellow symbol similar to the green formation symbol.

Firstly, you didn't get permission from me to create this thread and secondly I really can't see this going anywhere as I doubt you will fine three members to sign up, let alone 20.
