where do you get the stun move, what level do u have to get it in, what safe in what level, OH LORD JUST TELL ME PLEASE!!!

It's in one of the China levels, not sure which one. It might be Flaming Temple of Flame.

Hey, Whitefalcon! Would you happen to be a fan of Ratchet and Clank?
The stun move is in the last safe in the game. You can't access it until you beat the game. The safe is in the Flaming Temple Of Flame, like Whitefalcon said.  ------------------- Clank: Maybe the extra oxygen will help your brain function properly.
