Local Girl Vanishes in Mysterious Attack
Parents Hold Vigil as Guards Wait for Ransom Demands

LISCANNOR, CO. CLARE - Parents of a local girl continue their vigil after a shocking break-in resulting in the apparent kidnapping of their seven year-old daughter.

For generations, the Clune family cottage has been a comforting sight to fisherman in the Liscannor Bay. Visible from the water and the scenic Cliffs of Moher, it served as a local landmark. Two nights ago, its calm was shattered by an attack at 1:45 AM.

Local fisherman Eamoa (?) Clune, 44, and his wife Charlotte (32) were awoken by the sudden shattering of a window in the front room. Moments later, his daughter Maura, age 7, screamed. Mr. Clune rushed to investigate the noise only to notice the unknown attacker racing out of the broken window with "incredible speed". Clune attempted to pursue, but was quickly outrun even though the attacker should have been bampered by the child's weight.

Due to the moonless night, Clune was unable to offer a description of the assailant. He notes that the attacker was thin, above average height, and wore some kind of "red light".

"It seemed to come from his head," said Clune.

Superintendent Brian Kerrigan speculates that the attacker may have worn a miner's helmet. "Based on Mr. Clune's description, it's the only thing that makes sense."

The Clunes have received no word from the kidnapper nor any demand for ransom. "We don't have much," Mrs. Clune wants the kidnapper to know. "But whatever we've got, they can have. We only want Maura back."

Sgt. Michael Whelan encourages anyone with information to come forward and advises that time is of the essence.

Though they believe it was of thin build and Big Daddy's are big and bulky in look. At first i thought it could be a Big Daddy but i believe it is something different, possibly evolved as these attacks took place 7 years after the events in Rapture on the first game. What i do believe is that whatever it is, is searching for new candidates to be Little Sisters. Though the fact that the attack happened in Liscannor, Ireland and that the rest of the map is open on the site leads me to believe Rapture has grown substancially, or was far bigger than we were ever led to believe. I assume the next news will come from Australia to show just how widespread this could be with America or Africa next.

Report of 'Underwater Flare' Suspected Hoax

FELIXSTOWE- Last night, a New York bound shipping vessel radioed a general SOS after spotting a rapidly moving red light underwater 50 miles offshore, described as resembling an "underwater flare". Coast Guard vessels responded, but officials now believe the incident to be a hoax.

No ships were reported missing in the area and no wreckage was discovered. Sonar detected no signs of submersible vessels.
