K, did you even read the title of the thread? We're not here to discuss why they brought in another dev. We're here to discuss why it got delayed. If you want to discuss why they brought in another dev, go make your own thread, otherwise, get back on topic.

If bringing in another dev and the delay are connected in any way, then it's relevant. And they are connected, because the dev was brought on to the same game that was delayed.

This is an internet forum for opinions and discussion. So far people have been speaking their opinions and discussing them (including you). If you can't accept that their are people with opinions different to yours then you don't belong here, what you're looking for is a blog.

I never said opinions were not allowed. It's obvious they are. You said 'they are connected'. You didn't make any sort of reference that this was your opinion. A simple 'I think they are connected' would've done it.

It's pretty obvious they are connected since they happened at the exact same times. If I said 'I broke my leg and I fell down a hill' it's pretty obvious that I broke my leg by falling down the hill. They said they're delaying the game at the same time they said they're bringing in another team; if you can't see they're connected then the very least you can do is not be a completely arrogant prick when you bring up the subject.

This place is for discussions, not arguments. If you don't think they're connected then that's your agenda, feel free to state it, but don't go around like it's some gospel sent to you which you must shout out like an overbearing JW

I am not acting arrogant. I have no higher say or power over you, so that statement is entirely false. Everything else in your post is pure argument, and I refuse to argue with you, so, ended.

I bet they're also going to fix the multiplayer after that mini-review of it like a month ago. That review said it was average, so I hope they do something to fix it.

Well like a lot of people said, if it turns out to be excellent then I guess the delay is justified. On the other hand, if they take the extra time and turn out a game that is buggy, or merely mediocre compared to the first I'm going to be really annoyed.

Curt, you've hit the nail on the head, however I just honestly can't imagine a game created by the people who brought us Bioshock to be bad. It won't live up to the original but the potential is always there.

The funny thing is you talk of ending it yet you refrain from even observing the idea of ending it unless you get the last word. The sad truth is the only person trying to win this petty squabble has been you, I'm just in it to wind you up, and if you really want to 'win' all you need to do is be the bigger person and stop reacting to me. It's as simple as that. If you can do that, then feel free to have a cookie. If you simply can't end this without having the last word then by alls mean try but (as anyone around here can tell you) when it comes to proving a point to arrogant people (regardless of whether I do the same or not; the point shalt be proven) I can be the most persistently annoying person ever. And I can't foresee a press release detailing the reasons for it coming anytime soon because from what I've seen the majority of the media doesn't seem to mind and they're more important to the devs then the small number of 'little people' who do.
