I dunno, the special Little Sister sounds believeable. Lame, slightly, but all in all it makes sense. I mean, there is a bond created between the Little Sister and a Big Daddy, one of more instinct than anything. That's why Big Daddies are so intense about protecting their Little Sister, because it is ingrained in their genes.
But I don't know how I'll feel about Lamb. I really liked Ryan's ideas and speeches, I feel that she couldn't compare to him. I mean, Collectivism and Altruism work on insane, power hungry mutants as well as Objectivism and Self-interest.
And yeah, the idea of multiple Big Sisters makes the glory of killing one not as special, knowing that there are still more out there. But the presence of multiple ones do make sense, as there were multiple Little Sisters brought to the surface world and some still left behind.

I am just trying to figure out how exactly hard these Big Sisters are going to be in the game. I hope I can get enough Adam even if I save the Little Sisters.

The main villian is a woman named Sofia Lamb. She was Ryan's political rival as she believed more in altruism and community than self-interest.
Apparently she stole your Little Sister and she and her cult worship her, but you still have to get her back.

I just hope it's not another wild goose chase where Tanenbaum will become the enemy in the game just like Atlas did.

Actually the contact in this one is *something* Sinclair, the guy behind Sinclair Solutions, the company which dealt with Plasmids. I'm going to guess he's the main informant when it comes to Lamb and your Little Sister and Tenenbaum's only there to help you with The Big Sister extravaganza.

I was hoping so. I am going to keep plugging away finding more information as the game becomes closer to releasing.
