No. Weekly Featured clan won't work and it will be too rushed. Every month would be better to do it as the clans have more time to shine.

Monthly Featured Clan would be better, as ShortMan said; it'd be far too rushed if it was weekly. Another factor to consider is the fact you'd be out of clans to interview very quickly, even if the forum continues to gain popularity I highly doubt that we'd get active clans quite quickly.

So bb, I was thinking of something similiar to how this ran for an Interviews Thread in the forum.
Three or two interviewers pick a member to interview every week. Interviews are great fun to take part in and read afterwards. I feel like a featured member of the month would be overkill. It would be difficult to choose one member, and I doubt people would be all that interested in seeing one person highlighted an entire month.

Making a banner just requires a little time, creativity, and a picture editing program, ranging from MS Paint to Photoshop. To get it in your sig, you basically make/get a banner you like in some picture format, (.jpg, etc.) and hosted in on a website. You can even use Neoseeker to host using the My Galleries option. Get the URL of that image (right click>copy img source works well, or check the picture's properties in the right click dropdown) and put it in the [img] tags in your signature, as I see you have found since you have quotes in your sig. already.
