Introduction

Hey, come in! Welcome to the Prometheus Lounge! Oh, a first timer, eh? Hey, that's cool man, take off your coat and get comfortable. What's that? Your wondering what this place is, what it's all about? Well, I'll tell you!

This here is the premiere spot for the Neoseeker community interested in playing The Conduit for Nintendo Wii. We've got everything you could ever want, right here in this one convenient thread. Let me show you around.

First off, let me show you the General Lounge. Basically, this is going to replace the current General Discussion for all community based talk. Anything and everything you want to talk about is free game in here, so relax and have fun!

Moving on, we have the recreational area, what I like to call The Plaza. This here is our premiere feature, where all members of the community can participate in regularly held matches for fun. You can check out more about it here.

Now, over here is one of my favorite spots, the Wall Of Fame. We get all kinds of members with their pictures on this thing, for all different reasons. Who knows, maybe you'll even get honored up here too.

The final section of our place here is The Bunker. Only the bravest and most fierce of our members dare enter this place, as it is a group of our forums most powerful players. The Bunker not only recognizes these guys as the best, but gives them an opportunity to form a Neo team to compete with anyone!

The Plaza is a place where everyone can play. Much less formal than a challenge match, games in The Plaza are simply for fun.

Games will be run by volunteer hosts. Hosts must simply post in the thread that they wish to host a game for an event, or host their own event. Events will be posted in this post as long as enough time is given for me to get on and put it up, along with people who are hosting. You should provide a set of guidelines for the match your are hosting, such as accepted rule sets, a time frame for the match, and types of members you are accepting.

If you want to join a match, simply post that you want to join and PM the host your friend code. It is up to the host whether or not to add you into their game, depending on the rules they established before hand.

The Bunker is an exclusive group of Seekers that have been determined to be the best of the best. They will be nominated by other members of the community at the end of every month. Only eight members will hold a place in The Bunker at a time, and will be ranked in accordance with a tournament held at the end of every month.

Setup will be as follows. The bottom two members of The Bunker will face two members nominated by the community through a PM to the Moderator, bbb7002004. These four will compete in a round robin tournament, in which they will all face each other once. The top two members from this round robin will join The Bunker. A bracket tournament will be played between The Bunker members to determine rank.

Stage and weapon choice will be announced before the matches begin, will be voted upon by The Bunker Members, and be used in all matches for that particular tournament, to ensure fairness.

bbb i was wondering how do we get in the "plaza" i am undefeated on neo and have played in a lot of matches here so am i in or do i need to face someone specific

The Plaza is basically just a place for larger forum wide games, more organized that just a challenge in the challenge thread. If you want to schedule a specific kind of game, just check out this post and follow the example I put down. Anyone and everyone can host matches, but the host's decide who participates in their specific games.

Or are you talking about The Bunker?

The Bunker is the All Star Team for the forum. Members must be nominated to it by the rest of the forum, and can't nominate themselves. The first group will be selected by the end of August.
