Welcome to Vermillion, the division that's more than guaranteed to have fun online!
Our Conduit clan, dubbed Phoenix Company has been douchebag free since 2009, churning out only the finest of quality and fair lulz. This clan is founded on the principle that any online gamer has the potential to become greater. As with such greatness, Phoenix Comapny will hopefully grow, and eventually kick start other companies as well.

If you're interested in joining at the moment, simply skip to the "Registration" section. The Neoseeker Site-Wide Rules apply here, and you must be a registered member of Neoseeker to join until further notice. This clan is relatively new (And by that I mean completely new), so we've yet to have such luxuries as other clans like chatboxes or registration on Gamebattles. With that said, if you decide that you still wanna join, I'm up to every and any suggestions that you may have.

I, LZ Schneider, founder of Vermillion, plan for Phoenixy Company of Vermillion is to have it expand, grow, and accommodate luxuries and to become more organized over the next few weeks. If you have any questions, just post here, or ask in our chatbox!

--The Rules--
1. No Spamming- Its simple, I don't have to explain anything here. If you spam, you will be reported.

2. No Flaming- This is under the douchebaggery rule, skip to Rule 3.

3. No Douchebaggery- No douchebags. What's a douchebag, you ask? Well listen up, and maybe you can learn a thing or two. A douchebag is a cocky, high irritating asshole who's an ass just for the sake of being an ass. I know I know, I myself am very *bleep* at times, and that's fine if anyone else is too. Just when you combine that with the voice of a 12 year old kid and "OMG YOU GUYS SUCK", that's when it gets irritating. ANY act of douchebaggery that is reported to me or that I witness will go under strenuous investigation until I reach my decision on what to do. Chances are, you'll be kicked from the clan. I'm not a hard person to get along with, I can take a joke and I know a joke when I see one. If it seems otherwise, just lemme know, and talk to me. Don't argue with me, not only is that not fun, I like to call that Level One of Douchebaggery (Not really, but still =P). Of course, honestly, don't worry because if you're even in the clan already or are thinking of joining, you know how I am around people I don't like, so I of course <3 you all now.

5. Learn to Laugh- My jokes are typically, 100%, absolutely dumb and idiotic. Chances are they'll get old quick, which, in my opinon, adds to the humor of it all. Once again, if they get absolutely undearable to ya', just say so and I'll turn 'em down a few notches. Also, at the momemnt, Operation Misinformation is being run so if you see any posts with a "/" in them, then those posts are bullshit. I can be serious, too =P

--The Chatbox--
Phoneix Company now has its very own chatbox located here. The purpose of the chatbox is for chatting and having fun and for organizing matches and whatnot on Wii online games (CoD, TCON, etc.). I prefer to use the chatbox for silly chatting and quick messages and whatnot, and I prefer to use this thread as a HQ. Most people like to sign into the hatbox whenever they get online and have it in the background. Think of the the chatbox as MSN or AIM, except with your Clan members!

The chatbox is for us to interact and get to know each other better. Its meant to be fun, so I highly recommend signing into it. There's no registration, so get on it regularly as if you would MSM or AIM. If you do, I'll <3 you forever. (Y)

Clan practices are every week at 7pm CST on Sundays until further notice. Clan practices are NOT mandatory, however I do highly encourage you to attend so, to be frank, you won't won't suck. Phoenix Company is all about getting better and more awesome, so please attend our practices.

Good Afternoon

Well good afternoon Phoenix Company, this is anchorman Caleb Woods liiive from Dallas!

Alright, so PC, I spent all hours of my morning finishing the last two scenes of my Transformer stop motion. Between napping, creating harnesses, aerial lifts, and experimenting with different shot angles, this current stop-motion video has been quite an awesome journey. It easily passes as the highlight of my summer and as one of the most fun experiences I've had yet this year. Which brings me to today's top story: inactivity. Yes, for many of us school is just around the corner. Ah yes, it seems just like yesterday when Chad smoked weed outside of the field house because Chase told him to, or when Bally arrived to school drunk one morning claiming that coke can totally get you wasted. Soon, most of us will be off, growing and learning in our very own lives, away from the computer screen. Others of PC will be off testing the waters at the brink of adolescence and adulthood, and to those few members I wish them the best of luck. I'm not crying...

Look, the point of this all is that... Well, it's this: Please go on with your lives, learn, grow, and don't worry too much about this clan. I know that PC and its members aren't clueless, however, I want you all to now expect inactivity from the clan until at least summer. I will probably remain here, alone most times, as a very frequent member, and this doesn't mean that we won't ever play together again during the next school year. Yes, we will have some matches, but expect them to be far and in-between.

So folks, I would just like to say thank you. Thanks to each and every one of you who has joined this clan. You all are the reason why I created PC. I wanted a place that I could go to online where I could say, "Damn, these guys are some pretty kickass people to eHang with", and with great joy I am happy to state that such words have and will continue to be stated. Fallen, thanks for breaking up the monotony of PC with your silly videos and overall awesomeness. Mikey, thanks for being here since the beginning, helping out when and where you could and providing a few laughs all the while. MJ, same hoes for you, wherever you are in life, my friend, live strong. Joshy, thanks for being a bucket o' lulz on MSN and for being an overall really cool eFriend. Ninja, thanks for taking my bullshit when I'd order everyone to gangbang you... You took that with honor and dignity, and that I respect you for. CJ and Earth, you two are late additions to the team, however, you both are as much as an Neofamily as everyone else here and I'd too like to thank you guys; you're great players.

So Phoenix Company is not finished, not by a long shot. We'll continue t wreak awesome havoc in every match we play, but not before we learn a thing or two about ourselves in this IRL game that is life. Live long and prosper, until next summer, boys, until next summer.
