Until Nintendo wakes up and adds some sort of account/online activation system so we can clearly identify exactly who was behind that player, theres no way to report hackers. Right now there are probably 100 hackers with the name "Mr. Ford" so there really is absolutely no way to know their names or find out which Mr. Ford was the hacker. Your best bet is to leave the game and hope that HVS is working on a patch to fix the hackers... And the spawn bug... And the lag... And the rocket launcher...
Anyway, I also hate hackers and hopefully the Wii bricking patch that Nintendo released recently hurt their numbers somewhat, at least the ones inexperienced enough to update. As for glitches I know they suck but I'm at least happy that there aren't too many. I mean, theirs the lag/teleport glitches, the spawn glitch, and of course the weapon swap glitch but thats really it. Overall, it may not be as bad as Gears of War 2 *shudder* but the Conduit's online needs a serious revamp. Luckily all the revamping involves is fixing bugs and smiting cheaters. ------------------- ![]() FTW?

Not exactly, but yes. In a way, there isn't much Nintendo can do anyway. The way they created the Wii's online was just to add the feature without too much hassle and for it to be simple and effective. However, friend codes, lag, hackers, and weak voice chat support made it far from their intentions and have practically set their sights on the Conduit lately. The lack of patch support leaves developers unsure of what they should be doing bug-fix wise and the fact that Nintendo has yet to give us ONLINE ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE YOU TO INSTALL UPDATES IN ORDER TO CONNECT TO MULTIPLAYER SERVERS has left hackers thriving on the Nintendo network. If Nintendo doesn't completely revamp the online system then it's a snow ball's chance in hell that a game developer like HVS will.
Unfortunately, that's the only chance we have. ------------------- ![]() FTW?

Not entirely. Part of hacking, lag, and bugs comes from how well the game's online was polished and it's in this category that the Conduit epically failed in. Games like Call of Duty World at War are made and published by companies with much more prior experience and therefor have very few bugs if any (I've played World at War Wii for about a year and it has worked perfectly so far). The same goes for lag.
As for hackers, they seem to be much more common to TCON servers but they aren't non existent in other Wii games. In fact, Treyarch was actually able to release updates for WaW that have added some new game modes since the game came out. Whatever hackers and bugs are left may very well be washed away in the same manner, assuming Nintendo adds better patch support. Overall, the Conduit may have a lot of problems to complain about but it's a poor representation of most online Wii games. Play CoD: WaW or even Medal of Honor Heroes 2 and you'll have a much smoother experience. It's just a shame that the Conduit had much more potential than both of them but was destroyed by some very simple issues. ------------------- ![]() FTW?

quote Mikstaslaya this hurt people without homebrew too. The brick was not intentional whatsoever, it was just Nintendo failing extremely hard. Nintendo did not intentionally release a "bricking patch". Or else it wouldn't have bricked non-homebrew wiis as well as for patches from HVS. Not going to happen. It's a third party game. Nintendo does not care about it. Let's get real, guys ------------------- you won't get the reference
