Starr: Will this game be Classic-Controller compatable? I have played a Mega Man game that is 32-bit and it used the button diamond, to match Mega Man VII and Mega Man Powered Up's button assignment.

Not that I know of. However, you will be able to play this game with the Wii Remote sideways. I was hoping you could use a Classic Controller too.

So far, all VC/WW are classic compatible so I would guess yes.

Starr: I have played a 1997 Mega Man video game for PlayStation and a 2006 Mega Man video game for PSP(PlayStation Portable). These games use the button diamond, just like the Classic Controller! I would need the Classic Controller to play like and bring back the 1997 Mega Man memories!

Yes, it is but I would recommend using the Wii remote on its side, as it is just like a NES controller.
