re: Compatibility Question

As long as it has a pci-e slot, it'll do fine. I don't know what NR NIB means, but if you want to game, it's not the card for you. But, as far as being good for something to do school work/office work or watch movies, it'd run quite and cool.

re: Compatibility Question

It's a weak card.

Example: Say you want to run Counter-Strike:Source. Yes, it will run it. It will have the necessary extensions to run it. BUT, it will run like crap. Especially if you plan to turn anti-aliasing on in anything.

And, for another comparison, to keep in the 7-series, I'll use the 7600GT for an example. It will run the same game at max settings and 4x anti-aliasing flawlessly.

Are you building this for gaming? If so, you must get a better card. There are some powerful cards out there for way too cheap now to get something like that card.
