Taken from Gamegrep, a thegameraccess.com has posted more footage (off-screen) of the God Of War III playable demo at E3. It shows some new mechanics we've already seen, including the shoulder charge and cyclops control, but also some we haven't really heard about before - light/dark gameplay with Helio's Head, and also a new mini-game based on Icarus Wings. The graphics look much better as well, there's some absolutely brutal blood and gore effects on this clip.

Well, its not like Kratos has some sworn alliance with the Titans. Yes, the two are aiding each other, but get in Kratos' way and you're askin for an ass kickin.
 As for the video; LOL @ Kratos ripping off Helios' head. Oh man, that looked so awesome. The gore in this game is so much more realistic and bloody than the previous installments. I can't wait. God damn, its great knowing that you are GUARANTEED a really awesome game. Thats why I love this series.  ------------------- | |

I loved when he ripped out the cyclops head and alot of blood gushed out. That's God of War and how it should be.

That's one of the great things about God of War.
See, people that criticize the game often say things like "Its just mindless violence" or "It's nothing but a lame button masher". But you see; That's the thing. The God of War series has basically PERFECTED button-mashing action, quick-time events, and gore. They are the pinnacle when it comes to video games in those departments (Heavy Rain could change the quick-time). The series knows what works for them and they kick ass in those areas. ------------------- | |
