Although I never even played a Ratchet & Clank game, other than the Demo of TOD, that would be nuts if Clank was turned against Ratchet.

all i can say is if i have to look for clank, i will hate the next game, because deadlocked was terrible because there was no clank, so no double jump boosts and stuff like that. i hope that if we do need to find him, we find him early on in the game, kind of like the second game, going commando

or possibly, if you don't find clank till later in the game, maybe you will get an alternative way of high jumping and gliding, like the jet boots from SAC? Then it wouldn't be so bad

I think the next game isn't just gonna be about finding clank, I think its gonna dig deeper into clank's past and stuff

Clank doesn't have a past, if you have ever played Ratchet and Clank 1, you actually see Clank being made in a factory and meeting Ratcht for the first time!

I just finished this and am amazed, sure a lot of people said he would return but I figured outside of Captain Qwark no characters ever returned, so seeing him was a bit of a shock. They have the coordinates for Clank so I'm guessing Ratchet will rescue him early on in the game.

actually I have played ratchet & clank, all of them and if I remember correctly, Clank was one of a kind up until "Secret Agent Clank", there were no other robots being built like him, for all we know, Dr. Nefarious was really behind the manufacturing of Clank for evil deeds & has finally got him back & will now, once again, attempt to rule the universe. this is what I meant, when I said it should dig deeper into clanks past & stuff, like actually give him one, I mean it did seem like the zoni already knew who he was, maybe because of Dr. Nefarious, Maybe not, hopefully the next game will tell.

Yeah it was definitely him, the star powers the telescope long enough to see the base and then gives the coordinates for the base. It would be kind of dumb to go through all that to only see an illusion

Not too different, it is only a very brief look. Besides the cutscenes aren't quite up to the standard of TOD.

does it say how he got back off that asteroid? or do you see lawrence at all in it? is he like in charge of the zoni? please tell me more!

No it doesn't explain it but Lawrence will likely be in it since when he falls over he calls his name. I think he is in charge of the Zoni since they said something along the lines of "You must wait until the master gets here" to Clank

ahh, okay, thanks boy, I hope you're not just kidding around with me now!
