this game has been pretty easy but i can not figure out how to blow the building in mexico city to block the street so the tank does not kill the president (building is across the street from the parking garage. i am playing off line version

run up to the wall of the building where the objective marker is and it will tell you to press L1 to plant a bomb. then get the flip outta there b4 it goes off

that confused me too. now i cant figure out how to get around the remains of the building to protect the president!
