I am trying to complete Barney's task of seeing all the fish in the world. I nearly completed it, I just need one angler and I cant find it anywhere! Help?

When you find one of the two areas that have the weeds you can pull, you need to pull 4 weeds in a row. You will get a banana, a rocket, simoleon, and then robofish. Or if you want to spend a long time fishing, I found one robofish in the water near T.O.B.O.R.'s place.

One of the areas is T.O.B.O.R.'s place. There are two weeds in front of his place to the left, and there are two behind. If you pull the first two weeds then go around the building (if you have built it already) and pull the second two. You get two fish for doing this. The second place is just past the mining wall. Continue past it ans you will find a grass plateau with some small steps to jump up. Same and the other location, pull all four weeds and get two robofish from the fourth weed.
