ive come to the part where tobor wants bulletins placed next to his reataurant,dr. f's lab and the mission control center where vic is training.i put one bulletin down at eacl location.but tobor keeps saying to put a bulletin down and he will put his ad up.im so confused!!! what did i do wrong???

i had this prob. too. look on the map, and when he's comin' to the trainin' center, watch him put the poster on the board. he will then reward you.

is there a specific place you put them?cuz i just set a bulletin board down in the training center...looked at the map...and nothings happening
