Don't they have that same thing on the SSBB forum?

I noticed that your taking a lot of ideas off of the SSBB
crews forum as well.

I think I could figure a way to not make it a little different for this forum, probably a better word though would be more compact. I'll get back to you on that.

So for War Guidelines:

1. Keep it organized
2. No Hacking
3. You cannot use more LP than your opponent unless they're a Rogue

yup and yup
but maybe the rogue should get out becasue its not fair if rogue gets such a power boost while u get basically 900 lp

I thought that's what I typed there, that if you're fighting a Rogue you don't have to limit your LP to 900, you can use all you have. Should I word it better?

Which is nice, glad to see some use being gotten from this thread.

Version 2 of what used to be the Thread Index and Records is finished for the moment. Renamed the Information Thread (Link) because the name was getting long. It has the Clan Guidelines and War Guidelines in there as well now, with more data coming in the near future. Also turned off Signatures in the thread, so you wouldn't have to scroll past mine five times.

Suggestions on more improvements or general C&C would be nice. Also ideas for other bits of information or whole new sections that should go in can be suggested here.

Also, combining the Introductions and Friend Code Database/Battle Challenge threads here in a minute. The "Battle" part of the thread will be removed sometime soon, I have plans for it, but there are other things in line first.

Good point. Took out the final rule for War Guidelines, that's something clans can decide themselves. Since there's only two rules there, one of them simply being 'have a plan, I don't care what it is, just have one', the ball is in the clan's hands for war styles.

Crew Profiles and Battle Challenges will have a home by the end of this week (not the same home as each other). Not exactly sure where Battles will be going, I have a couple ideas but they're not polished yet.

My two thoughts on Profiles:

1. Part of the Information thread
2. It's own thread, posts in the thread being for people looking for a clan. Then however, the thread will turn into something like: "Joining clan", "Join us!", "No us!", "Us!" repeated fifty times.

Ran through a bit of a change again. Nearing the end of all this sticky thread adjustment

• Introductions is no longer the temp. home of Battle Challenges
• Battle Challenges and Battle Strategies combined into a single thread titled The Art of War (Yes I like Sun Tzu's work)

Looking for ideas for:

• Clan Profiles, should it be a part of the Information Thread & locked up, or it's own thread
  • If it has it's own thread, should the purpose of the thread be extended to include other things requiring relations between clans, for instance a clan wishing to go to war?
• Should there be anything else added to the Information Thread?
• Also looking for feedback on my rainbow-colored Thread Subtitles. Is it nice, is it hard on the eyes, etc.

Why don't you make a new topic on the Art of war thread and the intro thread, and in the new threads, leave a link of the old one so it won't be a huge lost? Or a bad idea...

And I think it is best to put it in the info thread, with a active list of clans and an inactive list.

I wouldn't mind switching out Stickies for new ones if you guys feel it necessary. My thoughts are that Introductions & FC's could possibly use it, that would be the third or fourth thread of it's strain nuked, we just burn through the use of those I suppose. Art of War probably doesn't need it so much. I'd expect the thread to continue much as it already is, with a bit of "Hey, looking for a fight, here's my FC" mixed in.

Suggestion: What about an individual player profiles thread where all of your stats go and stuff.

That would work. Possibly bring in the achievement system that TD has and doesn't actually use?

Ooh, that sounds neat, do want. Maybe toss in an Afro Samurai-style rank list, where one player is Number 1, who can only be challenged by Number 2, who can be challenged by anyone.
