Honestly Tenchu Z can't shake a stick at the original...the game was not that good...just be happy that there is another installment in the series.

yeah I think most Tenchu fans hate Z......Yes a TRUE next installment, not an interquel or some crappy spin-off like Z was.

I wonder where exactly the story picks up from Wrath of Heaven? I found some info that said 1 year but I'm not sure if its true.

I don't hate Z, i think its a really good game actually. I don't care if it follows the story or not it's still one of the best Tenchu games i've played.

And it's not even the story that was the issue(I've given up hope for the story of tenchu ever since WoH), It's a next gen game and the gameplay hasn't even changed all that much from WoH!

And the graphics didn't really impress me for 360 either.(Not that it makes the game but it's just another thing bad about Z)

Well I can't say for sure that it's not in it but you can use the wii remote to aim the shurukin.

You seem to use the aiming to find their weak points and then throw there for a lethal hit. Opinions?

Or do you mean in the red steel type fighting? If so I haven't seen anything about that yet. Hopefully though because items can help get out of alot of sticky situations.

Well, that's close enough to first person for me to enjoy. I also like how the shuriken can now kill people with one hit, depending on where it made contact. I hated before how if you threw it at an enemy, it didn't kill them and then they'd try to search for you.

I have an idea. We should all talk about what we'd like to see in Tenchu 4.

Sorry not used to this forum getting responses.

I think it could work more like a rope with realistic physics and when you connect it to something you can climb it.

That or keep it about the same but instead of magically being pulled toward your destination You climb up the rope at ninja speed.

But anyway what are everyone's opinions on the new videos recently? Like the fact that there is no third person fighting? What are your general reactions to the way the game works?

I want more info about the shadow thing that envelopes you when you move sometimes.

Its not as complex as it seems. When you blow out candles areas of shadow appears. When you go into these area you are invisible to your enemies. It also does this if you crouch in a bush or something of this sort.

Watch the new video walk through it pretty much shows you everything about how the game plays.

Tenchu 4 for PSP

I'm still getting the wii edition of 4, might just ISO the psp edition for the hell of it though.

Yeah I have both systems but I'm definitly getting the wii version, Since it was basically made for wii. the controls will be kind of wierd on PSP(Especially the sword fighting)
