Same here. Relationship is 100/100 and still nothing. There's no option in the pie menu.

Have your sim selected and click on the witch. If the relationship is high enough, there should be an option to "learn the path of..." depending on the type of witch.

Didn't I just write that there's no option in the pie menu. Nobody seems to know how to fix it and I'm not the only one who has this problem. I've deleted most of my hacks and remaining ones shouldn't be causing this. Somebody suggested that the witch in question doesn't have enough reagents to turn my sim into a witch. Whatever the reason, it's getting on my nerves.

Well to turn your sim into a witch use the cheat boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (like this) ok and then click on make NPC and then you will have to options to spawn a good witch or bad witch after the witch arrives on the lot greet her anyway you like then click on make sim my contact 3 times and then you will be best friends with her you then click on the witch and then click on teach me the ways of light or dark. you will then become a witch a message will say you have just casted your first ever spell you won't have any spell book or cauldron unless you visit a magical community lot (light or dark)you can get as many spellbooks or caldrens as you want even witches. to become a neutral witch just study the ways of neutral and then after a while your sim will have a black dress on her hope it helped bye

I knew all that. I'm not going to repeat myself anymore. I wanted to do it without using boolprop, but I guess it's not an option. By the way simsmaster, learn to use commas and dots please. Thanks for replying but your answer didn't help me.

Hmmm, i had the same problem and it solved itself. One day my befriended witch showed up uninvited at my house and rang the door bel. suddenly i could ask her to "show me the way". That doesn't help too much I guess, but at least i know the game is working properly. My friend was a evil witch btw, maybe she was just grumpy and it took a while for her to feel like it?

Your sims relationship levels to the witch do not matter. The witch had to have high enough levels to your sim for the option to come available. Its probably caused by your sims personality. Your sim is probably gaining relationship with the witch faster than the witch is with you. This is the problem that I always have when trying to turn my sims into anything else (ex: werewolf, vampire, etc.).

I made my sim marry the good witch, but she wasn't able to cast anything outside of teleportation, which confused me. I finally looked in her backpack and saw a podium with a book on it and a cauldron.

I did 'Check Abilities' on the podium, which informed me of the correct reagents needed for 'Magus Mutatio'. Then I used the cauldron to make the reagents. After that I was able to cast the spell on my sim

I would also like to note that I was having problems getting the option to learn to become a witch from the good witch, even after my sim was BFF with the witch.

The minimum relationship you must have with the witch is 70/20. If you do, perhaps the witch don't have it yet
