Finally overtook United with four games remaining, thanks to their defeat at West Ham and my last-gasp win at Bolton all because of a late Srna free kick. Have some tough games in the run-in though, trips to Goodison and Stamford Bridge.

Just loaded the game for the first time since October. Instantly found myself in a match against PSG. I won 3-1. They struck first, with Camara on the 25th minute. Mazzarani instantly broke back wiht a penalty, three minutes later. No goals, until I brought on Fleck and Gerrard, for Babel and Dzagoev. Not long after, Young plays the ball into the box, Fleck taps it in, two minutes, then Gerrard hits a piledriver into the net.

Xabi Alonso is now injured, for 3-4 months. Who to replace him with? Busquets, Delph, Collison, Canales or try Spearing

EDIT: Just retained the League Cup against Middlesbrough. Fantastic game. Todorov got another goal from a fantastic freekick to put us ahead 1-0. Boro' threw barrages of players against us, but we held on. Dzagoev has got an injury, and Gerrard got a knock. 1-0 though, could've been more, could've lost it. Should've scored on a counter attack, where Turnbull was way off his line, and we had Walcott and Torres against Hoyte. Walcott should've passed the ball, but no... he had to get tackled by Hoyte

Third season Liverpool 9.3.0 game is going fine, got a nice 4-4-2 formation and plenty of young talent coming through. Pleased with the system I have in place at the club, because my entire first team is pretty youthful and have plenty of years left in them. Because I only got an internal takeover, I still have crippling debt so most of my new signings will just be players to go into the youth team. My current youth team (raping the league and cup tbh) will become my reserves, and those good enough in my reserves will come into first team.

Despite that, I couldn't resist Marek Hamsik's £12m release clause at Valencia, so he'll be joining in January. Four midfielders for two spots then: Gerrard, Mascherano, Veloso and Hamsik.

Computer can challenge you domestically, but you're untouchable in Europe eh?

You would think so, but no. Even though Srna and Kolarov are two extra wingers when Babel and Jovetic cut in, I haven't been conceding a lot of goals. The LCM does no attacking at all, and Agger and Zapata are a dream at centre back. Zapata the athletic beast, Agger the composed leader. Just don't seem to concede goals.

Also, I was expecting to rotate Reina and Ochoa but Ochoa's barely played. Reina's been awesome for two and a half years now.
