I have just started with Birmingham City and I don't know what formation I should use and who I should buy/sell.

you have to get enyeama, delph and lewandowski up front. play 4-2-2-2 as in two CM's with a AML an AMR, mcfadden and lewandowski will get you promoted. chris mccan from burnly is a good buy just for that promotion season

start by upgrading their defence.
they got amongst the shittiest defenses in the premiership  upfront they got chucho benitez , keep him , he is good. i recommend rod fanni for 5-6million (u wouldnt find better) and this norwegian defender Tore Reginiussen for about 1m. Julio César Cáceres from boca , dunno how much he would cost though. | |
