Nice to see it finally come into place, look forward to seeing some of the threads that will pop up.

The interviews are pretty much a free for all at the moment. Basically, you guys sort it all out yourselves, who the interviewer is and who they are interviewing. Would be good to send the interview to a mod before you post it to check it over so that it's up to standard.

About the topic of the week, i'm pretty sure it's been brought up before, like a general debate thread whith new topics up every week or every fortnight. I can't remember if it was made and never got off the ground or whether the idea was abandoned completely, i'll try and dig up the old discussion.

Maybe if everyone wasn't so condescending he wouldn't get so worked up. Everyone is speaking with the 'been there, done that' attitude, and to an 11 year old, it's not going to work. He's an 11 year old kid who wants to build up and get strong. I bet you were intrigued by weightlifting when you were 11 years old. Everyone goes through different phases. If you don't want to hand out advice, don't reply. Telling a determined 11 year old no repeatedly to something he clearly has his heart set on is like telling a 17 year old girl to not get pissy when she's on her period. C'mon.

I don't think that people were every actually talking to him in a condescending tone to start with, but he refused to take the points that they raised and people began to get frustrated.
