I was clearing some room in my loft this morning when I came across a folder full of my old Pokémon cards from when I was growing up, it kind of made me realise how much Pokémon meant to me as a child and it brought back a lot of memorys.
I have a lot of cards that were considered "rare" back in the day such as Charizard and the Japenese style Mew. These cards almost seem kind of priceless to me now because of the memorys. Anyone else used to collect them? I'm sure most of you did  Are they worth anything these days? Are they even sold still? -------------------  Credit: Memento Mori | |

I've just found mine and think i have a pretty rare one can't remeber tho as it was years ago for me but i'm scanning it. If i post it will you guys tel me how rare it actually is?

There were some i never ever got. Like the kangeroo in the safari place, that's what i remember the most. I also used to cheat to get unlimited level ups (can't remember their real names) and unlimited balls that catch them 1st time (again can't remember there names). Come to think of it, i remember so many things about that game :L I also have alot of the cards. They are all in my loft though i think. I never played with them though? I had loads, maaan. I've got a folder full of them somewhere in the loft too. I've also got a few fake ones I got when I was in Spain, that are shiny, fossils like Charizard and the really rare pokemon who's names I have forgotten.
Pokemon really was a big part of my life back in the day. And just for the record, the original 150 > all. -------------------  | |

I never actually knew how to play Pokemon cards, all I did was collect and swap
 Pokemon games on the gameboy were good back in the day! I never got the original 150, but I remember I got over 100 before  ------------------- | |

I think everyone used to collect them. I used to have like a photo album book where you put your cards in so it shows like 10 cards at a time.
