Had the member interview discussion of how its all ran been sorted? After just looking around Loungin' I think we should change our current system to how they go about getting interviews out there.

I wouldn't mind taking control and running it as it would take a bit of organizing to get it all in perfect running order.

I think it works really well with Loungin', and I no with the relaxed atmosphere around here in the FMS it will work better than it does over there.

Just thought I'd link to the first page just incase anyone isn't sure of how Loungin' run their member interviews.

That's true actually, but perhaps a fresh new approach to it could bring something extra to the interview process.

I only really suggested that change as recently people have been moaning about there not being enough life in the FMS at the present moment, was just trying to be innovative and try to inject something different into here, just trying to spark off some new ideas.
