Really? It's exactly the reason they shouldn't be allowed near the Premiership. Celtic and Rangers fans continually use the support of their clubs as an excuse to take football back into the 70's.

I've been to Scotland a few times, and being around Celtic or Rangers fans for any period of time makes me proud I don't spend my life using football as an excuse for spouting a load of patriotic or racist nonsense.

I know, and I was being unfair grouping you in with the fans I was talking about. However, in England (and moreso with Everton), there was a huge racist problem. The clubs and FA did everyhting they could to get it out fo the game, and although a tiny minority persist, it's been a success.

In Scotland, it seems to be ok to have offensive chants about religion, politics and whatever else. Not to mention Rangers fans in Europe. It seems like the vocal minority is in control, and nobody seems to want to do anything about it.

That's not exactly fair, grouping the whole of Scotland together just because of a few idiots that support the Old Firm.
